About Birlea
Birlea Furniture Ltd is a family-owned manufacturer and wholesaler of household furniture, established in 1997 and based in the Midlands.
It supplies trade retailers across the UK from a 200,000 sq. ft warehouse in Castle Donington, with beds, mattresses, sofas, bedroom, living and dining furniture.
For online sellers, Birlea drop ships: it picks, packs and sends the order to your customer, so you never handle the furniture.

Birlea furniture in your own shop
You do not have to type Birlea's range in by hand. Dropday reads the product files Birlea gives trade customers and puts those beds, mattresses and living furniture in your webshop, then keeps stock in step with Birlea's stock file.
Products you already sell can stay as they are. Dropday links each listing to the Birlea item code, so a double bed and a single bed stay two products, just as Birlea lists them.
Dropship without the second order
Say a customer orders a Birlea ottoman bed from you. Instead of logging in to Birlea's trade webshop and typing the order again, you let Dropday email the dropship order: Birlea receives it with your customer's delivery address, picks it in Castle Donington and sends it straight to them.
One webshop for all your brands
Birlea furniture can sit next to products from your other suppliers in the same webshop, and even in the same order. Dropday splits the order and sends each supplier one order with only its own products.
Dropday sets up which products go to which supplier, so you can widen your range without adding manual work.
Tracking back in your webshop
Dropday brings the tracking number back to the order in your webshop. You no longer have to look it up and pass it on yourself, and it is there whenever your customer asks where their order is.
In Dropday, you see the same shipment and its tracking link on the order.
How you get started
You connect Shopify or another supported webshop, keep your existing Birlea trade account and tell Dropday which of your products come from Birlea. Dropday sets up the products, stock, orders and tracking and runs a test with you before your first real order.
How Dropday prepares the Birlea order
Dropday sends Birlea the order as Birlea's own CSV, with your trade customer number, your customer's address and each line's Birlea item code and quantity.
Dropday fills the file; you do not build it.
