Set up Dropday in order: create your account, connect your webshop, add your suppliers, create your rules and test before your webshop sends real orders.

Connect your webshop so its orders reach Dropday, with setup instructions for each platform.

Add your suppliers and choose how each one receives its orders: by email, as a file on its server, through its API or in the Supplier Portal.

Create rules to decide which supplier receives each order line, and put them in the order Dropday checks them.

Find your orders, check which supplier each order line is assigned to, and send an order to a supplier again.

Import your suppliers' product feeds. Dropday then updates their stock levels and purchase prices every day, and an integration of your own can read them through the Dropday API after each import and write them in your webshop.

Set up your Dropday account, give each webshop its own account and invite your team. Keep your account active: an order that arrives without an active subscription, a trial or billing through Shopify is blocked and not sent.

Find out why an order didn't reach Dropday, why an order line wasn't sent or a send to a supplier failed, or why a test order didn't arrive, and what you can do.

For suppliers and fulfilment partners of a merchant that uses Dropday: receive the merchant's orders by email, as a file or as an API call, find them all in the Supplier Portal, and mark them as shipped with tracking.
