How to set up your Shopify connection?

To configure the Shopify App, follow these steps.

1. Install our Shopify App in your webshop.

2. Install the module in the backoffice of your PrestaShop.

3. Configure the Dropday module and enter your API-key and Account-ID and click Save.

4. If you are testing the module, you can select test-mode.

5. Create a test order in Shopify (you can do this in the Shopify admin)

   1. Go to Orders, and click Create order;

   2. Search a product, click Add;

   3. Select a customer;

   4. Click on Collect payment, and Mark as paid.

6. Hopefully, your test order is now received by Dropday. Do you have any problems configuring your Shopify app? Contact our customer support.

Dropday variables and associated Shopify variables

Here you can find the Dropday variables and the associated variables in Shopify. You can use these variables to create rules to determine which products should be purchased from which supplier, or you can use it in your email templates.

Product variables

Product title → Product title

Product ID → Product ID number

SKU (or reference) → SKU (Stock Keeping Unit)

Quantity → Quantity of products ordered

Unit price → Product price

EAN-13 → Barcode (ISBN, UPC, GTIN, etc.)

Supplier → Vendor

Brand → Vendor

Category → Product type

Stock quantity → Stock quantity at the time of ordering

Custom → *not an associated Shopify variable at the moment*

image_url → Product image url

Customer variabels

order_first_name → Customer's first name

order_last_name → Customer's last name

order_company_name → Customer's company name

order_address1 → Customer's address 1

order_address2 → Customer's address 2

order_postcode → Customer's postcode/zip code

order_city → Customer's city

order_state → Customer's state

order_country → Customer's country

order_phone → Customer's phone number

order_email → Customer's email address

order_comment → Customer's order comment

External ID → Order number

Source → Webshop URL

order_total → Total order value

order_shipping_cost → Total shipping cost

order_test → Test order yes (1) or no (0)
