Create or edit a Rule

A rule determines which products of your incoming orders should be ordered from which suppliers. You can decide this based on the order details or product specifications of your incoming orders.

In this article, you'll learn how to create or edit a Rule.

Before you start

Here are some things to know before you create a rule

  • A Rule consists of 1 or more Conditions

  • A Condition consist of 3 parts: Variables, Operators and Values

To create a Rule, follow these steps:

  1. Click Rules (in the menu).

  2. Click New rule.

  3. To create your first condition, select your Variable (for example "Product Name").
