When the same order also holds products you ship yourself or that another supplier drop ships, Dropday splits the order with your rules, and 3Sixty receives only its own lines. Nobody on your team retypes an order or works out who ships which product.
Shipments in view in Wix
When 3Sixty ships, Dropday adds the tracking number to the Wix order and marks the 3Sixty items as fulfilled. You see in Wix which orders 3Sixty has handled, and Wix can send your customer its shipping confirmation.
