Fashion and lifestyle brands often keep their collection at Bergen, handle a few special items themselves and add products that a supplier drop ships. Your customer places one order in one webshop, and nobody on your team has to work out who ships what. Dropday checks every order line against your rules, stores the matching supplier on each line and splits the order, so Bergen receives only the products it stores, with the same products and quantities your customer ordered.
More orders, not more order entry
When an order comes in, Dropday passes the products you store at Bergen to Bergen with your customer's delivery address and the SKU and quantity of each line, ready for the warehouse. Nobody re-enters orders, so a new collection or a sale adds orders for Bergen, not hours of admin for your team.

When Bergen ships, Dropday brings the tracking back to the original webshop order. You follow your Bergen shipments in the same place as the rest of your orders, instead of looking them up or asking the warehouse.
How you get started
You connect Shopify or another supported webshop, keep your account with Bergen Logistics and tell Dropday which products Bergen stores for you. Dropday sets up the orders and tracking, and tests them with you before your first real order goes to Bergen.
How the Bergen connection works
Bergen's cloud-based warehouse management system takes in order information through integrations with platforms such as Shopify and Magento, and Bergen also works as an EDI provider.
Dropday links your webshop to that system for the products Bergen stores, and brings the dispatch back to your orders.
