Online sellers often keep their best sellers at BOXstation, ship some products themselves and add items that a supplier drop ships. Your customer places one order in one webshop, and nobody on your team has to work out who ships what. Dropday checks every order line against your rules, stores the matching supplier on each line and splits the order, so BOXstation receives only the products it stores, with the same products and quantities your customer ordered.
More orders, not more order entry
When an order comes in, Dropday passes the products you store at BOXstation to BOXstation with your customer's delivery address and the SKU and quantity of each line. Nobody types orders over, so a busy month adds parcels for BOXstation, not hours of admin for your team.
Your shipments in view
When BOXstation ships, Dropday brings the tracking back to the original webshop order. You follow your BOXstation shipments in the same place as the rest of your orders, instead of looking them up or asking the warehouse.
How you get started
You connect Shopify or another supported webshop, keep your account with BOXstation and tell Dropday which products BOXstation stores for you. Dropday sets up the orders and tracking, and tests them with you before your first real order goes to BOXstation.
How the BOXstation connection works
BOXstation's warehouse runs on Axida's PPD warehouse management software, and a web-to-warehouse link takes in orders from online sales channels such as Amazon and eBay.
Dropday links your webshop to that system for the products BOXstation stores, and brings the dispatch back to your orders.
