About Crossflight

Crossflight is an express courier and logistics company next to London Heathrow, in business since 1987 and part of the AmWorld Group, with a further warehouse in Birmingham.

Next to international and domestic courier services it stores client stock, audits each SKU on arrival and fulfils orders through its own warehouse management system.

Your own stock, Crossflight and other suppliers in one webshop

Businesses that ship internationally often keep their stock at Crossflight near Heathrow, ship some products themselves and add items that a supplier drop ships. Your customer places one order in one webshop, and nobody on your team has to work out who ships what. Dropday checks every order line against your rules, stores the matching supplier on each line and splits the order, so Crossflight receives only the products it stores, with the same products and quantities your customer ordered.

More orders, not more order entry

When an order comes in, Dropday passes the products you store at Crossflight to Crossflight with your customer's delivery address and the SKU and quantity of each line. Nobody re-enters orders, so more orders mean more fulfilment at Crossflight, not more admin for your team.

Your shipments in view

When Crossflight ships, Dropday brings the tracking back to the original webshop order. You follow your Crossflight shipments in the same place as the rest of your orders, instead of looking them up or asking the warehouse.

How you get started

You connect Shopify or another supported webshop, keep your account with Crossflight and tell Dropday which products Crossflight stores for you. Dropday sets up the orders and tracking, and tests them with you before your first real order goes to Crossflight.

How the Crossflight connection works

Crossflight's own warehouse management system interfaces with a client's e-commerce website or order processing system and reports stock and order status back.

Dropday links your webshop to that system for the products Crossflight stores, and brings the dispatch back to your orders.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be a Crossflight customer?

Yes. Crossflight stores and ships your stock under your own account, and Dropday connects your webshop to it.

Can I stay in control of what goes to Crossflight?

Yes. You decide with your rules which products go to Crossflight, and those orders can wait for your review instead of going out automatically when you want to look first.

Do I need a developer?

No. Dropday handles the setup.
