Importers bringing goods in through the south east ports often store them at E-PAC, ship special items themselves and work with a supplier that drop ships. Nothing waits for someone to forward it. Dropday checks every order line against your rules, stores the matching supplier on each line and splits the order, so E-PAC receives only the products it stores, with the same products and quantities your customer ordered.
More orders, not more order entry
When an order comes in, Dropday sends the products you store at E-PAC to E-PAC with your customer's delivery address. Orders no longer have to be entered by hand, whether they go to a consumer or a trade customer.
Your shipments in view
When E-PAC ships, Dropday brings the tracking back to the original webshop order. You follow your E-PAC shipments in the same place as the rest of your orders, instead of looking them up or asking the warehouse.
How you get started
You connect Shopify or another supported webshop, keep your account with E-PAC Fulfilment Solutions and tell Dropday which products E-PAC stores for you. Dropday sets up the orders and tracking, and tests them with you before your first real order goes to E-PAC.
How the E-PAC connection works
E-PAC offers an API key and other system integrations to most e-commerce and shopping cart sites, and its clients book orders directly in its WMS and see stock and orders in real time.
Dropday links your webshop to that system for the products E-PAC stores, and brings the dispatch back to your orders.
