Your Wix orders reach Dropday through the Dropday app from the Wix App Market, normally within seconds to a minute.
Dropday sends the products you store at Expandly to Expandly, with your customer's delivery address, ready for the warehouse to pick. When the same order also holds products you ship yourself or that another supplier drop ships, Dropday splits the order with your rules, and Expandly receives only its own products. Nobody on your team retypes an order or works out who ships which product.
Shipments in view in Wix
When Expandly ships, Dropday adds the tracking number to the Wix order and marks the Expandly items as fulfilled. You see in Wix which orders Expandly has handled, and Wix can send your customer its shipping confirmation.
