Gifting brands often keep their stock at IV Creative, ship personalised items themselves and add products from a supplier that ships direct. Your customer orders gifts and personalised items in one go. Dropday checks every order line against your rules, stores the matching supplier on each line and splits the order, so IV Creative receives only the products it stores, with the same products and quantities your customer ordered.

When an order comes in, Dropday sends the products you store at IV Creative to IV Creative with your customer's delivery address and each line's SKU and quantity. Nobody types orders over, whether they go to a consumer or a corporate client.
