When the same order also holds products you ship yourself or that another supplier drop ships, Dropday splits the order with your rules, and Lightning receives only its own products. Nobody on your team retypes an order or works out who ships which product.

When Lightning ships, Dropday adds the tracking number to the Wix order and marks the Lightning items as fulfilled. You see in Wix which orders Lightning has handled, and Wix can send your customer its shipping confirmation.
