Online retailers often keep their range at PackPro, ship special items themselves and add products a supplier drop ships. Your team handles none of the routing. Dropday checks every order line against your rules, stores the matching supplier on each line and splits the order, so PackPro receives only the products it stores, with the same products and quantities your customer ordered.
More orders, not more order entry
When an order comes in, Dropday passes the products you store at PackPro to PackPro through PackPro's API, with your customer's delivery address. More orders mean more parcels in Essex, not more admin.
Your shipments in view
When PackPro ships, Dropday brings the tracking back to the original webshop order. You follow your PackPro shipments in the same place as the rest of your orders, instead of looking them up or asking the warehouse.
