About Pointbid Logistics Systems
Pointbid Logistics Systems is a privately owned fulfilment company in Aston, Birmingham, with a 126,000 sq ft site, that picks, packs and ships customer orders for B2B and D2C clients, often on the same day.
Clients work in its own fulfilment portal with live inventory data, and orders come in from platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento.

Pointbid fulfils both B2B and D2C orders, so you can keep both kinds of stock there, ship special items yourself and let a supplier send the rest. Dropday routes each order line, so the mix takes no manual sorting. Dropday checks every order line against your rules, stores the matching supplier on each line and splits the order, so Pointbid receives only the products it stores, with the same products and quantities your customer ordered.

When an order comes in, Dropday passes the products you store at Pointbid to the Birmingham warehouse with your customer's delivery address. Orders that Pointbid can ship the same day no longer wait for someone to type them.
Your shipments in view
When Pointbid ships, Dropday brings the tracking back to the original webshop order. You follow your Pointbid shipments in the same place as the rest of your orders, instead of looking them up or asking the warehouse.
How you get started
You connect Shopify or another supported webshop, keep your account with Pointbid and tell Dropday which products Pointbid stores for you. Dropday sets up the orders and tracking, and tests them with you before your first real order goes to Pointbid.
