From Magento order to the Pro Packers UK warehouse
Your Magento orders reach Dropday through the Dropday extension, normally within seconds to a minute.
Dropday sends the products you store at Pro Packers UK to Pro Packers UK, with your customer's delivery address, ready for the warehouse to pick. When the same order also holds products you ship yourself or that another supplier drop ships, Dropday splits the order with your rules, and Pro Packers UK receives only its own products. Nobody on your team retypes an order or works out who ships which product.
Stock you don't have to maintain
The Magento stock of the products you store at Pro Packers UK follows what Pro Packers UK reports, so your store shows what the warehouse can ship without stock files or manual corrections. Products you ship yourself or buy from other suppliers keep their own stock. Dropday sets this up for you.
Shipments in view in Magento
When Pro Packers UK ships, Dropday creates the shipment with its tracking number on the Magento order. Your team sees in the Magento admin which orders have left the warehouse, and Magento can email the shipment to your customer.
