About Torque
Torque is a freight, warehousing and fulfilment company in Leeds that started in Bramley, Yorkshire, in 1991 and calls itself experts in e-fulfilment.
Besides warehousing and fulfilment it handles processing and pre-retail work such as sorting, repacking, labelling and pick and pack, and works with platforms such as Shopify, NetSuite, Demandware and Magento.

Brands that use Torque for freight and pre-retail often keep that stock there for online orders too, ship extras themselves and add products from another supplier. Store and webshop orders run without extra hand-offs. Dropday checks every order line against your rules, stores the matching supplier on each line and splits the order, so Torque receives only the products it stores, with the same products and quantities your customer ordered.
