Dropday sends the products you store at Wonderpack to Wonderpack through Wonderpack's API, with your customer's delivery address, ready for the warehouse to pick. When the same order also holds products you ship yourself or that another supplier drop ships, Dropday splits the order with your rules, and Wonderpack receives only its own products. Nobody on your team retypes an order or works out who ships which product.
Stock you don't have to maintain
The Wix stock of the products you store at Wonderpack follows what Wonderpack reports, so your store shows what the warehouse can ship without stock files or manual corrections. Products you ship yourself or buy from other suppliers keep their own stock. Dropday sets this up for you.
Shipments in view in Wix
When Wonderpack ships, Dropday adds the tracking number to the Wix order and marks the Wonderpack items as fulfilled. You see in Wix which orders Wonderpack has handled, and Wix can send your customer its shipping confirmation.
