Your Shopify orders reach Dropday through the Dropday app from the Shopify App Store, as soon as Shopify creates them.
Dropday sends the products you store at 3Sixty to 3Sixty, with your customer's delivery address, ready for the warehouse to pick. When the same order also holds products you ship yourself or that another supplier drop ships, Dropday splits the order with your rules, and 3Sixty receives only its own lines. Nobody on your team retypes an order or works out who ships which product.
Shipments in view in Shopify
When 3Sixty ships, Dropday adds the shipment with its tracking number to the Shopify order as a fulfilment of the 3Sixty items. You see in Shopify which orders 3Sixty has shipped, without looking them up, and Shopify can send your customer its own shipping confirmation.

You install the Dropday app from the Shopify App Store, keep your account with 3Sixty 3PL and tell Dropday which products 3Sixty stores for you. Dropday sets up the orders and tracking, and tests them with you before your first real Shopify order goes to 3Sixty.

Yes. Your rules decide per product where an order line goes: to 3Sixty, to your own stockroom or to a supplier that drop ships. One customer order can be split across all of them.
