Your Shopify orders reach Dropday through the Dropday app from the Shopify App Store, as soon as Shopify creates them.
Dropday sends the products you store at Abstrakt to Abstrakt, with your customer's delivery address, ready for the warehouse to pick. When the same order also holds products you ship yourself or that another supplier drop ships, Dropday splits the order with your rules, and Abstrakt receives only its own lines. Nobody on your team retypes an order or works out who ships which product.
Shipments in view in Shopify
When Abstrakt ships, Dropday adds the shipment with its tracking number to the Shopify order as a fulfilment of the Abstrakt items. You see in Shopify which orders Abstrakt has shipped, without looking them up, and Shopify can send your customer its own shipping confirmation.

Yes. Your rules decide per product where an order line goes: to Abstrakt, to your own stockroom or to a supplier that drop ships. One customer order can be split across all of them.
