From Magento order to the Airbox warehouse

Your Magento orders reach Dropday through the Dropday extension, normally within seconds to a minute.

Dropday sends the products you store at Airbox to Airbox with your customer's delivery address, ready for the warehouse to pick. When the same order also holds products you ship yourself or that another supplier drop ships, Dropday splits the order with your rules, and Airbox receives only its own lines. Nobody on your team retypes an order or works out who ships which product.

Stock you don't have to maintain

The Magento stock of the products you store at Airbox follows what Airbox reports, so your store shows what the warehouse can ship without stock files or manual corrections. Products you ship yourself or buy from other suppliers keep their own stock. Dropday sets this up for you.

Shipments in view in Magento

When Airbox ships, Dropday creates the shipment with its tracking number on the Magento order. Your team sees in the Magento admin which orders have left the warehouse, without opening the warehouse system, and Magento can email the shipment to your customer.

Getting started on Magento

Dropday connects the Dropday extension to your store. You keep your account with Airbox and tell Dropday which products Airbox stores for you. Dropday sets up the orders, stock and tracking, and tests them with you before your first real Magento order goes to Airbox.

Frequently asked questions

Can I combine Airbox with my own stock and drop shipping suppliers?

Yes. Your rules decide per product where an order line goes: to Airbox, to your own stockroom or to a supplier that drop ships. One customer order can be split across all of them.

What happens when my order volume grows?

More orders mean more work for the warehouse, not for your team: Dropday keeps passing your Airbox orders on and bringing stock and tracking back, without extra order entry.

Can I stay in control of what goes to Airbox?

Yes. You decide with your rules which products go to Airbox, and those orders can wait for your review instead of going out automatically when you want to look first.

Do I need a developer?

No. Dropday handles the setup.
