Your own stock, Airbox and other suppliers in one webshop

Brands that sell in the UK and Europe often keep their core range at a 3PL, hold a few products back for themselves and sell items that a supplier drop ships. Your customer places one order in one webshop, and nobody on your team has to work out who ships what. Dropday checks every order line against your rules, stores the matching supplier on each line and splits the order, so Airbox receives only the products it stores, with the same products and quantities your customer ordered.

More orders, not more order entry

When an order comes in, Dropday passes the Airbox lines to Airbox with your customer's delivery address and the SKU and quantity of each line, for a UK customer or one in Europe. Nobody copies orders into the warehouse system, so a peak season adds orders for Airbox, not hours of typing for your team.

Stock you don't have to maintain

The stock of the products you store at Airbox follows what Airbox reports, so your webshop shows what the warehouse can ship, without stock files or manual corrections. Products you ship yourself or buy from other suppliers keep their own stock. Dropday sets this up for you.

Your shipments in view

When Airbox ships, Dropday brings the tracking back to the original webshop order. You follow your Airbox shipments in the same place as the rest of your orders, instead of looking them up in the warehouse system or asking the team.

How you get started

You connect Shopify or another supported webshop, keep your account with Airbox and tell Dropday which products Airbox stores for you. Dropday sets up the orders, stock updates and tracking, and tests them with you before your first real order goes to Airbox.

How the Airbox connection works

Airbox fulfils on Mintsoft, a warehouse and order management platform, and says it connects WooCommerce stores through it, syncing inventory, orders and fulfilment data.

Mintsoft documents its own API for new orders, shipments with tracking and stock levels per product.

Dropday sets up the order, stock and tracking exchange with Airbox, so your webshop and the warehouse work from the same orders.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be an Airbox customer?

Yes. Airbox stores and ships your stock under your own account, and Dropday connects your webshop to it.

Can I combine Airbox with my own stock and drop shipping suppliers?

Yes. Your rules decide per product where an order line goes: to Airbox, to your own stockroom or to a supplier that drop ships. One customer order can be split across all of them.

What happens when my order volume grows?

More orders mean more work for the warehouse, not for your team: Dropday keeps passing your Airbox orders on and bringing stock and tracking back, without extra order entry.

Do I need a developer?

No. Dropday handles the setup.
