From WooCommerce order to the Airbox warehouse

Your WooCommerce orders reach Dropday through the Dropday plugin, normally within seconds to a minute.

Dropday sends the products you store at Airbox to Airbox with your customer's delivery address, ready for the warehouse to pick. When the same order also holds products you ship yourself or that another supplier drop ships, Dropday splits the order with your rules, and Airbox receives only its own lines. Nobody on your team retypes an order or works out who ships which product.

Stock you don't have to maintain

The WooCommerce stock of the products you store at Airbox follows what Airbox reports, so your store shows what the warehouse can ship without stock files or manual corrections. Products you ship yourself or buy from other suppliers keep their own stock. Dropday sets this up for you.

Shipments in view in WooCommerce

When Airbox ships, Dropday brings the shipment into WooCommerce, and you see per order what has left the warehouse.

The Dropday plugin adds it to the order as a fulfillment, with the products in that shipment and the tracking code and link.

Getting started on WooCommerce

You install the Dropday plugin, keep your account with Airbox and tell Dropday which products Airbox stores for you. Dropday sets up the orders, stock and tracking, and tests them with you before your first real WooCommerce order goes to Airbox.

Frequently asked questions

Airbox already connects to WooCommerce. Why use Dropday?

Dropday routes every order line in one place: the products Airbox stores go to Airbox, and the products you ship yourself or that other suppliers ship go where your rules send them. Dropday sets up the switch with you, so each Airbox order arrives once.

Can I combine Airbox with my own stock and drop shipping suppliers?

Yes. Your rules decide per product where an order line goes: to Airbox, to your own stockroom or to a supplier that drop ships. One customer order can be split across all of them.

What happens when my order volume grows?

More orders mean more work for the warehouse, not for your team: Dropday keeps passing your Airbox orders on and bringing stock and tracking back, without extra order entry.

Do I need a developer?

No. Dropday handles the setup.
