Your own stock, Amethyst and other suppliers in one webshop
Brands that sell to retailers and online often keep their stock at Amethyst, hold some products back and add items that a supplier drop ships. Your online customer still places one order in one webshop, and nobody on your team has to work out who ships what. Dropday checks every order line against your rules, stores the matching supplier on each line and splits the order, so Amethyst receives only the products it stores, with the same products and quantities your customer ordered.
More orders, not more order entry
When an order comes in, Dropday passes the products you store at Amethyst to Amethyst with your customer's delivery address and the SKU and quantity of each line, ready for pick and pack. Nobody re-enters orders, so a promotion or a peak season adds work for the warehouse, not for your team.
Your shipments in view
When Amethyst ships, Dropday brings the tracking back to the original webshop order. You follow your Amethyst shipments in the same place as the rest of your orders, instead of looking them up or asking the warehouse.
How you get started
You connect Shopify or another supported webshop, keep your account with Amethyst Group and tell Dropday which products Amethyst stores for you. Dropday sets up the orders and tracking, and tests them with you before your first real order goes to Amethyst.
How the Amethyst connection works
Amethyst's warehouse management systems can be integrated with clients' own systems, and its in-house integrators and development team have worked with many web platforms and ERP systems.
