Your Wix orders reach Dropday through the Dropday app from the Wix App Market, normally within seconds to a minute.
Dropday sends the products you store at Amethyst to Amethyst, with your customer's delivery address, ready for the warehouse to pick. When the same order also holds products you ship yourself or that another supplier drop ships, Dropday splits the order with your rules, and Amethyst receives only its own products. Nobody on your team retypes an order or works out who ships which product.
Shipments in view in Wix
When Amethyst ships, Dropday adds the tracking number to the Wix order and marks the Amethyst items as fulfilled. You see in Wix which orders Amethyst has handled, and Wix can send your customer its shipping confirmation.
