Your Shopify orders reach Dropday through the Dropday app from the Shopify App Store, as soon as Shopify creates them.
Dropday sends the products you store at Copper Beech to Copper Beech, with your customer's delivery address, ready for the warehouse to pick. When the same order also holds products you ship yourself or that another supplier drop ships, Dropday splits the order with your rules, and Copper Beech receives only its own products.
