Your Shopify orders reach Dropday through the Dropday app from the Shopify App Store, as soon as Shopify creates them.
Dropday sends the products you store at Ev1 to Ev1 through Ev1's open API, with your customer's delivery address, ready for the warehouse to pick. When the same order also holds products you ship yourself or that another supplier drop ships, Dropday splits the order with your rules, and Ev1 receives only its own products. Nobody on your team retypes an order or works out who ships which product.
Shipments in view in Shopify
When Ev1 ships, Dropday adds the shipment with its tracking number to the Shopify order as a fulfilment of the Ev1 items. You see in Shopify which orders Ev1 has shipped, without looking them up, and Shopify can send your customer its own shipping confirmation.

You install the Dropday app from the Shopify App Store, keep your account with Ev1 Logistics and tell Dropday which products Ev1 stores for you. Dropday sets up the orders and tracking, and tests them with you before your first real Shopify order goes to Ev1.
