Your Shopify orders reach Dropday through the Dropday app from the Shopify App Store, as soon as Shopify creates them.
Dropday sends the products you store at Fulfillment-Box to Fulfillment-Box, with your customer's delivery address, ready for the warehouse to pick. When the same order also holds products you ship yourself or that another supplier drop ships, Dropday splits the order with your rules, and Fulfillment-Box receives only its own products. Nobody on your team retypes an order or works out who ships which product.
Shipments in view in Shopify
When Fulfillment-Box ships, Dropday adds the shipment with its tracking number to the Shopify order as a fulfilment of the Fulfillment-Box items. You see in Shopify which orders Fulfillment-Box has shipped, without looking them up, and Shopify can send your customer its own shipping confirmation.
