About GNOC

GNOC picks, packs and ships e-commerce orders from Durham.

With Dropday, GNOC becomes one of the routes your Shopware orders can take, next to your own stock and your other suppliers.

From Shopware order to the GNOC warehouse

Dropday sets up the connection in your Shopware store, for all your sales channels at once or for one of them. Your orders then reach Dropday, normally within seconds to a minute.

Dropday sends the products you store at GNOC to GNOC, with your customer's delivery address, ready for the warehouse to pick. When the same order also holds products you ship yourself or that another supplier drop ships, Dropday splits the order with your rules, and GNOC receives only its own products. Nobody on your team retypes an order or works out who ships which product.

Shipments in view in Shopware

When GNOC ships, Dropday adds the tracking code to the order's delivery in Shopware, so your team follows the parcels from the admin instead of looking them up at the warehouse.

Getting started on Shopware

You add the Dropday plugin to your store, keep your account with GNOC and tell Dropday which products GNOC stores for you. Dropday sets up the orders and tracking, and tests them with you before your first real Shopware order goes to GNOC.

Frequently asked questions

Can I stay in control of what goes to GNOC?

Yes. You decide with your rules which products go to GNOC, and those orders can wait for your review instead of going out automatically when you want to look first.

What happens when my order volume grows?

More orders mean more work for the warehouse, not for your team: Dropday keeps passing your GNOC orders on and bringing tracking back, without extra order entry.

Do I need a developer?

No. Dropday handles the setup.
