Your Shopify orders reach Dropday through the Dropday app from the Shopify App Store, as soon as Shopify creates them.
Dropday sends the products you store at Pick Pack Pro to Pick Pack Pro through Mintsoft's API, with your customer's delivery address, ready for the warehouse to pick. When the same order also holds products you ship yourself or that another supplier drop ships, Dropday splits the order with your rules, and Pick Pack Pro receives only its own products. Nobody on your team retypes an order or works out who ships which product.
Stock you don't have to maintain
The Shopify stock of the products you store at Pick Pack Pro follows what Pick Pack Pro reports, so your store shows what the warehouse can ship without stock files or manual corrections. Products you ship yourself or buy from other suppliers keep their own stock. Dropday sets this up for you.
Shipments in view in Shopify
When Pick Pack Pro ships, Dropday adds the shipment with its tracking number to the Shopify order as a fulfilment of the Pick Pack Pro items. You see in Shopify which orders Pick Pack Pro has shipped, without looking them up, and Shopify can send your customer its own shipping confirmation.
