From Shopify order to the Radius warehouse
Your Shopify orders reach Dropday through the Dropday app from the Shopify App Store, as soon as Shopify creates them.
Dropday sends the products you store at Radius to Radius, with your customer's delivery address, ready for the warehouse to pick. When the same order also holds products you ship yourself or that another supplier drop ships, Dropday splits the order with your rules, and Radius receives only its own products. Nobody on your team retypes an order or works out who ships which product.
Shipments in view in Shopify
When Radius ships, Dropday adds the shipment with its tracking number to the Shopify order as a fulfilment of the Radius items. You see in Shopify which orders Radius has shipped, without looking them up, and Shopify can send your customer its own shipping confirmation.
Getting started on Shopify
You install the Dropday app from the Shopify App Store, keep your account with Radius Logistics and tell Dropday which products Radius stores for you. Dropday sets up the orders and tracking, and tests them with you before your first real Shopify order goes to Radius.

Frequently asked questions
Can I stay in control of what goes to Radius?
Yes. You decide with your rules which products go to Radius, and those orders can wait for your review instead of going out automatically when you want to look first.
What happens when my order volume grows?
More orders mean more work for the warehouse, not for your team: Dropday keeps passing your Radius orders on and bringing tracking back, without extra order entry.
Do I need a developer?
No. Dropday handles the setup.
