DTC brands often keep their range at SCEND, personalise a few items themselves and add products from a supplier that ships direct. Launch days do not turn into sorting days. Dropday checks every order line against your rules, stores the matching supplier on each line and splits the order, so SCEND receives only the products it stores, with the same products and quantities your customer ordered.
More orders, not more order entry
When an order comes in, Dropday passes the products you store at SCEND to SCEND through SCEND's API, with your customer's delivery address. Nobody re-enters orders, so a launch adds parcels, not admin.
Your shipments in view
When SCEND ships, Dropday brings the tracking back to the original webshop order. You follow your SCEND shipments in the same place as the rest of your orders, instead of looking them up or asking the warehouse.
