Your Wix orders reach Dropday through the Dropday app from the Wix App Market, normally within seconds to a minute.
Dropday sends the products you store at SCEND to SCEND through SCEND's API, with your customer's delivery address, ready for the warehouse to pick. When the same order also holds products you ship yourself or that another supplier drop ships, Dropday splits the order with your rules, and SCEND receives only its own products. Nobody on your team retypes an order or works out who ships which product.

When SCEND ships, Dropday adds the tracking number to the Wix order and marks the SCEND items as fulfilled. You see in Wix which orders SCEND has handled, and Wix can send your customer its shipping confirmation.
