Dropday sends the products you store at Skyford to Skyford, with your customer's delivery address, ready for the warehouse to pick. When the same order also holds products you ship yourself or that another supplier drop ships, Dropday splits the order with your rules, and Skyford receives only its own products. When Skyford ships, Dropday adds the shipment with its tracking number to the Shopify order as a fulfilment of the Skyford items. You see in Shopify which orders Skyford has shipped, without looking them up, and Shopify can send your customer its own shipping confirmation.
