Your Shopify orders reach Dropday through the Dropday app from the Shopify App Store, as soon as Shopify creates them.
Dropday sends the products you store at Smart Fulfilment to Smart Fulfilment, with your customer's delivery address, ready for the warehouse to pick. When the same order also holds products you ship yourself or that another supplier drop ships, Dropday splits the order with your rules, and Smart Fulfilment receives only its own products. Nobody on your team retypes an order or works out who ships which product.
Stock you don't have to maintain
The Shopify stock of the products you store at Smart Fulfilment follows what Smart Fulfilment reports, so your store shows what the warehouse can ship without stock files or manual corrections. Products you ship yourself or buy from other suppliers keep their own stock. Dropday sets this up for you.
Shipments in view in Shopify
When Smart Fulfilment ships, Dropday adds the shipment with its tracking number to the Shopify order as a fulfilment of the Smart Fulfilment items. You see in Shopify which orders Smart Fulfilment has shipped, without looking them up, and Shopify can send your customer its own shipping confirmation.
