Dropday sends the products you store at SW Group to SW Group, with your customer's delivery address, ready for the warehouse to pick. When the same order also holds products you ship yourself or that another supplier drop ships, Dropday splits the order with your rules, and SW Group receives only its own products. Nobody on your team retypes an order or works out who ships which product.

When SW Group ships, Dropday adds the shipment with its tracking number to the Shopify order as a fulfilment of the SW Group items. You see in Shopify which orders SW Group has shipped, without looking them up, and Shopify can send your customer its own shipping confirmation.
