When a customer orders VoIP phones, routers and related hardware in your Magento store, Dropday sends a dropship order through the API to ProVu on the Magento dropshipping API, with your customer's delivery address, ready to ship straight to them.
If the same order includes products from your other suppliers, each of them receives only its own part.
Shipment emails from your own store
When ProVu dispatches the parcel, Dropday creates the shipment with its tracking number on the Magento order. Magento can then email your customer the shipment details with tracking, just like for the products you ship yourself.
