When a customer orders VoIP phones, routers and related hardware in your PrestaShop store, Dropday sends a dropship order through the API to ProVu on the PrestaShop dropshipping API, with your customer's delivery address, ready to ship straight to them.
If the same order includes products from your other suppliers, each of them receives only its own part.
Tracking where you manage your orders
When ProVu dispatches the parcel, Dropday adds the tracking number to the PrestaShop order, so it is in your back office when your customer asks where their parcel is.
