When a customer orders VoIP phones, routers and related hardware in your Shopware store, Dropday sends a dropship order through the API to ProVu with your customer's delivery address, ready to ship straight to them.
If the same order includes products from your other suppliers, each of them receives only its own part.
Tracking on the Shopware delivery
When ProVu dispatches the parcel, Dropday adds the tracking code to the delivery of the Shopware order, so you and your customer service always have it at hand.
