When a customer orders mobility and daily living aids in your Shopify store, Dropday sends a dropship order by email to Tenura on the Shopify email dropship, with your customer's delivery address, ready to ship straight to them.
If the same order includes products from your other suppliers, each of them receives only its own part.
Shipping confirmations from your own store
When Tenura dispatches the parcel, Dropday adds the shipment and its tracking number to the Shopify order. Shopify can then send your customer the shipping confirmation they know from your store.
