From Shopware order to S&S
Shopware orders reach Dropday through a Flow Builder flow with the action Send order to Dropday, for example when an order's payment is marked paid or when the order is done.
Dropday sets up that flow with the trigger you choose and sends the S&S lines as dropship orders via API.
When an order also contains products from other suppliers, S&S receives one order with only its own products, and the other lines go to the supplier your rules choose.
Tracking on the Shopware order
When S&S ships, Dropday adds the tracking code to the delivery of the Shopware order.

Can I use it for one sales channel only?
Yes. The Dropday plugin can be set up for all your sales channels at once, or differently for one sales channel.
Can I test before going live?
Yes. While live mode is off in the Dropday plugin, your Shopware orders still reach Dropday, as test orders. Dropday also tests the S&S connection before your first real order goes to S&S.
Do I need a developer?
No. You add the Dropday plugin to your Shopware store, and Dropday handles the rest of the setup, including the flow that sends your orders.
