How an order is split

Your rules choose a supplier for each order line. A whole line goes to one supplier, as it was sold; How rules decide the supplier explains how a rule is chosen.

Each supplier receives a supplier order with only the products of that order that are assigned to it.

On the order in Dropday, each supplier has its own supplier order under Supplier orders.

Everything after the split works per supplier

• Review: holding orders for review is a setting per supplier. The lines for suppliers that don't hold orders are sent, and only the lines for a supplier that holds orders wait for you.

• Resend: Resend order sends only the lines of the supplier order you opened.

• Shipping: each supplier marks its own shipment.

• Webhooks: you get one supplier_order.created and one supplier_order.shipped event per supplier, and each event carries only the order lines of that supplier order.
