Find an order

Go to Orders. The list shows your orders, and you can filter it.

Orders come in from your webshop or through the Dropday API; you can't create an order by hand in the dashboard. How orders reach Dropday explains when an order arrives.

Read an order

Open the order and expand a product. Its status block shows:

• Rule: a link to the rule that matched the order line, or No rule;

• Supplier: a link to the supplier the line is assigned to, or No supplier;

• Status: what happened to the line, for example Forwarded, Pending for review or No rule.

Under Supplier orders, each supplier on the order has its own supplier order. Click a supplier's name to open it.

When the supplier has marked the order as shipped, the order shows that it was shipped and when, with a clickable tracking link if the supplier entered one. The order lines then have the status Shipped. Shipment confirmations and tracking explains how a supplier reports a shipment.

What you can do from the order

• The order is held for review: while the supplier order waits for your approval, you can edit, remove or add its order lines and change the shipping address, then approve or decline it. Once you approve or decline it, the shipping address can no longer be changed. Send orders automatically or after review explains the setting. Review and approve held orders takes you through it.

• The order was already sent to the supplier: you can resend it.

• An order line wasn't sent: An order line was not sent to a supplier explains why and what you can do.

Read orders through the API

A developer can read the same orders through the Dropday API: GET orders lists them with filters, and GET orders/{reference} returns one order with its order lines, the supplier each line went to and the line's status history.
